Join Fiona Scott Morton, Theodore Nierenberg Professor of Economics, for a glimpse into the Yale SOM classroom and her course, Competitive Strategy. The course teaches analysis of strategic decisions facing an organization, and in this particular session Professor Scott Morton will discuss mergers and competition by focusing on the case of Grupo Modelo - the merger and antitrust investigation of Anheuser-Busch InBev and Modelo.
