Margaret Milardo-Ward joined Yale Health in 2023 as the Embedded Counselor at the Yale School of Management. Margaret received her bachelor’s in psychology from Assumption College and master’s in social work from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, Margaret worked in crisis intervention and prevention for 9 years and assisted in the implementation of a designated crisis hotline in Austin, TX. Margaret has also worked in private practice for 7 years and provided community mental health education throughout her career.

Margaret’s specializations include trauma, eating disorders, suicidality and non-suicidal self-injury, chronic severe mental health and the interaction between life transitions and one’s mental health. Margaret is excited to continue her practice at Yale and within the SOM population utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.

Rebecca Udler is the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Yale School of Management. Deputy Title IX Coordinators are available to consult with members of the community about concerns or questions related to sex- or gender-based discrimination, including sexual misconduct.

Dr. Ebonie Jackson serves as Assistant Dean of the office of Inclusion and Diversity and as the Discrimination and Harassment Resource Coordinator (DHRC) for SOM. She is an executive leader with over two decades of professional experience. Her career has spanned the industries of corporate banking, entrepreneurship & small business ownership, and higher education.

Within higher education, she specializes in student success, advocacy, gender justice, diversity, equity & inclusion, and enrollment management. In her previous and current roles she supports and empowers students, staff, and faculty by promoting education and awareness of women’s leadership and mentoring, gender equity, healthy relationships, domestic/ intimate partner, and sexual violence, LGBTQIA+ activism, anti-racism, antisemitism, social justice, and allyship.

Ebonie completed her Doctorate of Education in Executive Leadership where her dissertation explored urban liberal arts graduate employability. She possesses a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.

Abigail Kies leads the Yale SOM Career Development Office (CDO) and during fall 2024 also leads Academic Affairs and Student Life (AASL) as the Interim Dean of Students. In both roles, she gets to work with students, employers, alumni, and internal stakeholders to support and foster the Yale SOM community. What she loves most about her job are all the inspiring people she gets to meet and interact with.

Prior to joining Yale SOM, Abigail led the Career Center for Working Professionals at NYU Stern. She has also worked as a leadership coach and trainer, in consulting at the Mitchell Madison Group, in marketing at American Express, and in financial services at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in anthropology and history of art from Johns Hopkins University.
