Event Descriptions
HireSOM Events
HireSOM events bring together employers and Yale SOM students for networking and recruiting. Employers with current or anticipated roles host “tables” on the virtual Airmeet platform, and students mingle amongst the tables, mimicking a traditional career fair or networking event.

EngageSOM Events
While EngageSOMs are designed to confer similar benefits to employers and students as HireSOMs, they do so in a more intimate setting. Typically EngageSOMs bring together a few employers in a dedicated industry to educate, connect, inspire and recruit Yale SOM students from a variety of degrees and graduation years. It is common for EngageSOMs to kick-off with a 20 minute panel of representatives answering intro questions followed by break-out sessions to connect with a small group of students, who rotate through the sessions (note that final event format may flex given registration numbers).
Global Graduate Business School Career Fair
Yale SOM partners with graduate business schools world-wide to host a global career fair. The event brings together employers from all geographies, industries, ages and sizes to connect with graduate business school students from 15-25 schools, representing a host of degrees, skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
