SOM students check out the night sky at Yale’s Leitner Family Observatory & Planetarium, with the help of Joandy Pratama ’24, a classmate and astronomy enthusiast.

Growing up in a small city in Indonesia with dark skies that lent themselves to spectacular planetary views, Pratama developed a love for astronomy. He shared his passion and knowledge with fellow students during a recent trip to the Leitner Family Observatory & Planetarium.
