Prof. Barry Nalebuff’s ‘Split the Pie’ Honored by Axiom Awards

Professor Barry Nalebuff has won a gold medal in the 2023 Axiom Business Book Awards for his book Split the Pie: A Radical New Way to Negotiate.
Nalebuff, the Milton Steinbach Professor of Management, is an expert in negotiation, innovation, strategy, and game theory. In Split the Pie, based on a negotiations course he teaches at Yale SOM, he proposes a fairer, more principled way to negotiate: splitting the additional value created by reaching an agreement.
The Axiom Business Book Awards have been presented by Michigan’s Jenkins Group since 2007, honoring books in a variety of business-related categories. Nalebuff was recognized in the Sales category, which includes sales skills, negotiating, and closing.
