When Antonio Lucio, Global CMO of Visa, came to SOM on May 7th to deliver the keynote address at the Yale Center for Customer Insights' annual Customer Insights Conference, he sat down for a conversation with Ravi Dhar, the George Rogers Clark Professor of Management and Marketing and the director of the Center for Customer Insights.
