This no-prep format offers direct connection with students while going deeper than job descriptions and websites can.  Schedule via 12twenty.

2. Filter resume books based on your preferred criteria to identify top potential candidates. 

Then, reach out directly to the students with your job description and an invitation to connect. Resume books can be accessed via your 12twenty account.

3. New to recruiting at Yale SOM? 

Speak for 30 minutes with your Employer Partnerships Manager to share background on your organization, ideal candidates, hiring process, and more. In return, your EPM will provide direction on your recruiting strategy and marketing support by sharing these insights with students to introduce your organization and opportunity.
