The Office of Inclusion and Diversity (OID) is the centralized hub for advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at SOM. Our team’s mission is to empower members of our community, individually and collectively, to celebrate diversity, foster inclusionary practices, and be intentional and impactful in interactions with one another. The Office of Inclusion and Diversity offers opportunities for awareness, reflection, and action as we progress on this journey.
