MBA Admissions Events

We encourage you to visit our campus to get a first-hand view of the Yale SOM experience. Attend an MBA class, connect with current students, tour Evans Hall and Yale University and get your questions answered by an Admissions Officer. Registration is required and space is limited. 

We invite you to join this small-group event developed specifically for Round 3 candidates. The workshop is hosted by an Admissions Committee member who will provide insight into what the Admissions Committee is looking for and help you to prepare your best application. You will be guided through the unique aspects of the Yale SOM application and provided with tips applicable to all MBA program applications.

Join us for a live online Q&A session hosted by a Yale SOM Admissions Committee member. These are small, interactive sessions where all participants are encouraged to share their audio and video, replicating the group conversation you would experience during an in-person campus visit. For this reason seats are limited.

You will be guided through the unique aspects of the Yale SOM application and provided with tips applicable to all MBA program applications.

Join current students for an interactive small-group session to gain an inside perspective on the SOM experience. Participants are encouraged to share their audio and video in order to approximate the experience of an in-person social event.

Bruce DelMonico, assistant dean for admissions, is eager to answer any questions you have about admissions, the Yale SOM MBA experience, and life in New Haven. These events are meant to be informal in nature—drop in just to say hello or stay for the entire session.

With deferred enrollment MBA application deadlines approaching, Top MBA programs are coming together for a collaborative webinar offering practical guidance for applicants. Admissions representatives will share candid advice on academic readiness and testing, essays, letters of recommendation, career goals, interviews, scholarships, and common mistakes to avoid. The webinar will be hosted in a moderated Q&A format, with time reserved for audience questions.
