Tell us about your International Experience trip. Where did you go? What was your favorite part?

For my International Experience, I travelled to Uruguay. Uruguay is a truly amazing country, and we got to meet with business leaders and government officials to learn more about the ways in which they are encouraging industry growth. Before we left for the trip, our professor told us that what really makes this type of experience is not necessarily the place but the people. He could not have been more right about that! My classmates were warm, eager to learn, and excited about every opportunity. Their positivity and humor were absolutely infectious, and I'm happy to call them all close friends now! We had the privilege of doing so many amazing things, including City tours, a horseback ride through a historic ranch, multiple wine tastings, and beach days. But some of my favorite memories were on the bus traveling from one place to another playing games and even participating in bus karaoke!
