A New Application Structure and Other Updates from the MAM Program

We are thrilled to announce that the application for the Yale SOM Master of Advanced Management (MAM) Class of 2027 will officially open on September 16, 2025!

This year, we’re introducing an exciting change designed to better serve our applicants and provide greater flexibility: a fourth application round. That means you now have four distinct opportunities to submit your MAM application on a timeline that works well for you. We’ve also created one earlier deadline to give you more time to plan and prepare to move to New Haven in mid-August. Here’s what our application structure looks like now:

• Round 1: This round is reserved exclusively for students or alumni of MBA programs at schools in the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM). This early round gives GNAM students a unique opportunity to apply early and receive an expedited admissions decision.
• Rounds 2, 3, and 4: These rounds are open to all prospective students who are alumni are or currently enrolled in MBA programs around the world, including GNAM schools. Whether you're early in your research or finalizing your plans, you now have more flexibility to apply when you feel ready to submit your application. View our new deadlines here.

No matter which round you choose, all applications are reviewed with the same rigorous and holistic process. There is no advantage to applying in a particular round—the best time to apply is when your application is at its strongest.
