What is your advice for a prospective SOMer?
Attend lots of social events to make friends (there are amazing people here, who can bring so much joy into your life!) and grow your network, but there is no harm - only benefit - in taking time to yourself during recruiting season(s). You will not miss out, and you'll be just as well-received by your classmates and friends when you resurface. People at Yale are genuine and connections run deep!
