What surprised you the most about being an MBA student?

In my time at SOM, I've been surprised by how many opportunities there are to explore what I actually enjoy and care about. Every day feels different, there's always something happening, whether it's through clubs, classes, career events, or even just playing sports with classmates.

One thing I didn't expect was how many leadership opportunities there would be. Right now, I'm Co-President of the Korea Club and one of the leaders of the Energy Club, which has been a great way to connect with people and get involved in things I'm passionate about.

Also, the courses have been awesome. In our Executive class, we got to meet and talk with leaders from major global companies like Mars, which was such a cool way to hear real stories and lessons directly from them.
