What is your advice for a prospective SOMer?

Before you arrive at SOM, take time to reflect and create a rough plan for what you want to get out of your time here. It doesn't need to be perfect, just a general direction. Whether it's an industry you want to explore, a role you're curious about, or a problem you're passionate about solving, having a sense of purpose helps you navigate the incredible range of opportunities SOM offers without getting overwhelmed.

Also, give yourself space to recharge. Travel, rest, do the things that bring you joy. The first few months are exciting but intense, and you'll thank yourself for starting with a clear mind and fresh energy.
