Tell us about your International Experience trip. Where did you go? What was your favorite part?
My International Experience trip to Japan was amazing! We explored the theme of Stakeholder Capitalism, which gave me a unique view into how businesses operate in a context shaped deeply by history, tradition, and culture. One highlight was visiting companies that have been around for over 300 years and witnessing firsthand how they thoughtfully incorporate every stakeholder into their decisions. It was the kind of trip you just can't replicate elsewhere!
