What is your advice for a prospective SOMer?
Before you get to campus, take a bit of time to think about what you actually want from these two years. It's easy to get caught up in everything - classes, recruiting, clubs, social events, and forget what brought you here in the first place. Spend some time early on figuring out your own priorities so you don't end up running on autopilot. That said, be open to surprises. SOM gives you access to so much more than just business school, Yale's broader ecosystem is incredible, and there's a lot to explore. Most importantly, don't forget to relax and enjoy the ride, it really does fly by.
