What is your advice for a prospective SOMer?
Treat your MBA like a buffet, not a fixed menu. Try a little bit of everything early, even the things you're not sure about, but don't pile your plate so high that you can't enjoy it. The people you meet and the conversations you have will matter more than any single class, and recruiting will feel like a full time job, so give yourself permission to not be perfect at everything.
