Tell us about your International Experience trip. Where did you go? What was your favorite part?
I went on the India IE, where we got to visit Mumbai and Bangalore! We did a combination of sightseeing and business visits to get a glimpse into life in both cities. My favorite part of the trip was the cooking class in Bangalore, where we learned how to make biryani, curries, lamb, paneer and more. I will need to replicate these dishes in my kitchen in New Haven soon! It was also a great opportunity to get to know my classmates better; many of us didn't know each other well going into the trip, so it was especially meaningful to build new friendships and share such a memorable experience together!
