Tyler Van Leeuwen ’14 Named Aspen Institute Mover Fellow
Van Leeuwen, the carbon opportunities manager at Royal Dutch Shell, will join a group of 22 diverse young professionals in the year-long fellowship, which fosters the development of “corporate social intrapreneurs” who work within their companies to foster social and environmental impact.
The Aspen Institute Business & Society Program has named Tyler Van Leeuwen ’14 as one of its 11th class of First Mover Fellows.
Van Leeuwen, the carbon opportunities manager at Royal Dutch Shell, will join a group of 22 diverse young professionals in the year-long fellowship, which fosters the development of “corporate social intrapreneurs” who work within their companies to foster social and environmental impact.
The fellowship includes three seminars in Colorado, Maryland, and New York. Suzette Carty, a 2004 graduate of the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, was also named a fellow this year.
