We invite prospective MBA candidates to explore the vibrant and diverse Yale SOM community and discover how you belong at Yale. During your time on campus, you will have the opportunity to connect with current students and SOM affinity groups, hear from the Office of Inclusion and Diversity as well as Yale faculty, meet our Admissions team, and much more. Event attendees will receive an MBA application fee waiver to apply to Yale SOM for Fall 2024. The first 80 registrants will be offered a free hotel stay for the evening of Thursday, September 28. Is it possible to attend both events?
We ask that candidates attend only one of the Belonging Days events given seats are limited and we would like to provide as much access as possible.
What information do I need to provide in the application?
In addition to basic information, a resume and a statement of interest are required:

Belonging Days: Women's Perspectives welcomes prospective students committed to the advancement of women in management to explore the vibrant and diverse Yale SOM community and discover how you belong at Yale. Please explain why attending Belonging Days: Women's Perspectives would be meaningful to you (150 words max.)
The resume you submit does not have to be the same resume you submit with your MBA application. Your current professional resume will suffice.
When will I know if I've been selected?
Belonging Days: Diverse Perspectives
We are accepting applications through August 30. Seats are limited; we encourage you to apply early. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis within seven days of submission and no later than September 1. Approved applicants will be notified by email. Applicants must confirm participation by September 6.
Belonging Days: Women’s Perspectives
We are accepting applications through September 6. Seats are limited; we encourage you to apply early. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis within seven days of submission and no later than September 8. Approved applicants will be notified by email. Applicants must confirm participation by September 13.
Where should I stay in New Haven?
The first 80 registrants to confirm their participation will be offered one-night hotel accommodation on the Thursday evening of their event week. Participants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from New Haven.
Can I bring my partner?
Over 30% of our current students have a partner, and our Partners Club plays an active role in our community. Unfortunately, due to capacity constraints, we are unable to host partners during our Belonging Days events. You are welcome to bring your partner to one of our upcoming Campus Visits or reach out to one of our current Student Ambassadors in the Partners Club to learn more about life in New Haven and the Yale SOM experience for partners
