Programs to Promote Women

Improved communication dynamics, innovative thinking, and productivity: women’s unique values and perspectives deliver benefits that cascade throughout organizations.

What began as a single program, the Women’s Leadership Program, at Yale Executive Education has grown into a vibrant selection of executive development opportunities to propel women forward in their organizations. There are options for those new to senior management or those seeking to advance and increase their influence; options for those seeking an on-campus experience or a program online. All programs are available to both women and those who support them.

Meet our Programs to Promote Women. See how they fit into your continuing development and let us know if you have any questions by emailing us at somexeced.info@yale.edu.
