Yale School of Management Alumni Relations Department proudly announces the launch of our first global Women's Circles program outside of North America: Asia Pacific Women’s Circles Symposium!

Join fellow alumni for a day of connection and professional development for Yale alumni across generations, industries, and life experiences. Participants will gain a rich understanding of where gender bias shows up in professional contexts and beyond. In the morning, we will dive into cutting-edge research on women’s leadership and have table conversations about past experiences. After lunch, we focus on bridging cultural differences around women’s leadership and engage in peer-to-peer conversations about authenticity and networking in and out of the workplace.

Participants will end the day with knowledge, tools, and connections to navigate women’s leadership across organizational settings. The event will be facilitated by fellow alum Becca Constantine, an expert in advancing gender equity in organizations.

The full-day Women’s Circles Symposium is $600 HKD ($76.70 USD) and includes complimentary breakfast, three-course lunch, cocktail hour, and valet parking. The day will conclude with a cocktail hour overlooking the water!

Registrants will also receive free admission to the Yale SOM Hong Kong Alumni Happy Hour scheduled for the prior evening, Friday, April 12th at 6:00pm HKT.

The Asia Pacific Women’s Circles Symposium is a dynamic initiative created out of Yale School of Management's dedication to nurturing women as leaders, innovators, and change-makers. Each symposium is unique and is designed to provide Alums a space for personal development and a close network of fellow alumni for connection, reflection, and inspiration.
