Registrar's Office for Alumni

Yale SOM transcripts and Enrollment Certification letters are maintained permanently in the Registrar’s Office. 

All transcript orders for Yale School of Management students and alumni are processed through the secure Parchment Ordering Service. We are no longer able to provide “walk-up” transcript service.

Payment: Alumni transcripts are $7.00. Additional charge for expedited shipping. All payment is made by credit card through the Parchment site.

Please complete this form. Current students should not use this form and will be asked to fill out the correct form. Please go to Registrar's forms. All letters are electronic.
Diploma information
Certified copies of diplomas, duplicate or replacement diplomas, certificates of graduation, and official translations can be obtained from the Office of University Registrar.
