Roz Wiggins’ research focuses on financial crises, their causes, impacts and responses, and financial regulation. In 2013, she joined the Yale Program on Financial Stability at its inception and has worked closely with Professor Andrew Metrick to build a state of the art institute. She has authored dozens of case studies on the recent financial crisis, with a particular focus on the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. She worked for many years as a corporate lawyer and is particularly interested in the corporate governance aspects of decisions made during the crisis. She helped to develop a class on the Global Financial Crisis for the full-time MBA curriculum and teaches a version of the class in the MBA for Executives program.
