Please join Maria Derlipanska, Director of the Master's in Asset Management at the Yale School of Management, in order to learn more about Yale SOM’s unique program. This early-career, quantitatively intense nine-month program was developed by the late David Swensen '80 PhD, Yale's former chief investment officer and the pioneer of the “Yale Model” and Tobias Moskowitz, Dean Takahashi '80 B.A., '83 M.P.P.M. Professor of Finance and a principal at AQR Capital Management. Focusing on ethical and responsible investing, they designed a program dedicated to the merging of academic theory and practice. The Master's in Asset Management program can be combined with an MBA. In this joint-degree program, students must complete the first year of the MBA program, including the MBA core curriculum, and then complete the asset management coursework during the second year. Both degrees will be awarded at the end of the two-year period. The small gathering over drinks and appetizers will be an opportunity to learn more about the program and what makes the Yale School of Management a leader in graduate management education.
