From the Associate Director of Admissions: Practical Tools for Preparing Your Best Application

The application for the Master’s Degree in Asset Management Class of 2023 is now available. Associate Director of Admissions Emily Whitehouse shares resources and tips on preparing your application.

September has been a busy month in the Asset Management Admissions Office. Earlier this month we launched the 2021-22 application, and we are looking forward to reviewing your applications after the January 12 application deadline.

As you consider applying for the Class of 2023, you may be wondering how best to approach the application process. If you’re looking for a high-level overview, or have basic questions about requirements and the application process, I would direct you to the Application Information section of our website. There, you’ll find school codes for submitting test scores, how many recommendation letters we require, and other details.

If you’re seeking a comprehensive walkthrough of the application and guidance on how best to prepare, take a look at our new Application Guide . This online resource offers practical tips and advice directly from our Admissions Committee members. The guide also includes short videos covering some of the application sections in more detail. Our aim is to give you a sense of how the Admissions Committee considers your candidacy through each unique application component.

Another resource to leverage is live events. Join us for one of the Asset Management Admissions Q&As that we’ll be holding frequently leading up to the application deadline. These are small-group, interactive sessions; all participants are encouraged to share their audio and video, to help replicate the kind of group conversation you would experience during an in-person campus visit.
