Prof. Sheinberg is working on the development of luxury hotel / industrial properties as the founder and Managing Partner of Wind Raven, a real estate investment, development and advisory company based in New York. He's focused on transactions with an execution angle that gives him the opportunity to outperform the market. Sheinberg is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Michigan Ross, teaching a real estate course to undergrads / MBAs.
Previously, Sheinberg was the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of HB Capital, a real estate investment family office based in Miami, which acquires, develops and asset manages hospitality, residential, office, industrial and retail assets across the United States.
