THE YALE CENTER FOR CUSTOMER INSIGHTS will hold its 7th annual Customer Insights Conference on May 4 & 5, 2012 in New Haven, Connecticut on the campus of the Yale School of Management. The conference aims to bring together leaders in academia and industry to exchange research and insights related to customer mindset and behavior.

The conference will open with a reception Thursday, May 3rd and will conclude midday Saturday, May 5th.

There will be a conference dinner Friday, May 4th, featuring a keynote speech by Joan Lewis, Global Consumer & Market Knowledge Officer, Procter & Gamble.
