Professionals who are women face unique challenges and opportunities when negotiating to enhance their careers. Yale SOM Professor Amy Wrzesniewski will share with you some of her work on job crafting; and you will have the opportunity to hear from a panel of alumnae about their varied experiences with negotiating their careers after their MBA. In addition to the panel discussion, the evening will provide an opportunity to network with Yale SOM NYC Chapter Alumnae, Yale SOM staff and Women in Management students.
