EngageSOM-FinTech brings together a small group of employers in the fintech arena to educate, connect, inspire and recruit Yale SOM students from a variety of degrees and graduation years. Employers showcase mission, impact and recruiting opportunities through panels and small group breakout sessions with all registered students.
Ideal for employers looking to:
- Build a recruiting brand with a targeted Yale SOM student audience
- Jump-start interpersonal connections
- Network for current full-time or internship recruiting needs in any function or location
Employer registration:
· Select "Register" to complete the registration form - registration is free.
· Submit job descriptions into 12Twenty by Monday, January 31.
Student Audience: All Yale School of Management students across all degree programs are invited to attend.
Seeking full-time roles that begin after May 2022 graduation:
Second-year MBA students
Master of Advanced Management students: MAM students already have an MBA from a partner international business school, and are completing an additional one-year degree at Yale SOM
Master’s Degree in Asset Management students: early career students completing a one-year graduate degree in asset management that includes practical experience during the program
Master’s Degree in Global Business and Society students: MMS-GBS students are early career (less than three years' experience), have a Master's in Management from a partner international business school, and are completing a second one-year master's degree at Yale SOM
Seeking roles that may begin immediately:
MBA for Executive students (EMBA): Some EMBA students will graduate in May 2022, while others will graduate in May 2023; some may be available to begin prior to graduation
Master’s Degree in Asset Management students: early career students completing a one-year graduate degree in asset management that includes practical experience during the program
