The Yale Center for Customer Insights is excited to announce our upcoming session  of the Learning from Leaders (LFL) Webinar Series on  Wednesday, December 8, 12:00pm-1:00pm EDT.  The series will feature leaders in academia and industry across marketing functions sharing their expertise on the changing world of marketing and insights and will be open to the general public. Choice architecture is a multifaceted set of tools for anticipating how people make specific decisions. The designers of decisions need to consider all the elements involved in presenting a choice: how many options to offer, how to present them, how to account for our natural cognitive shortcuts, and much more. Professor Eric Johnson will join the Learning from Leaders series to discuss his new book, The Elements of Choice, and its systematic guide to creating effective choice architecture.
