The Connecticut Chapter is thrilled to be hosting its first in-person event in over a year!
Join us on a tour of the historic Grove Street Cemetery led by a local expert. The New Haven, Connecticut, burial ground, opened in 1796. It is the oldest cemetery in the nation designed as a “city of the dead,” with named avenues and cross streets.
A National Historic Landmark, it is also the first chartered burial ground in the United States and the first to be arranged in family lots.
THIS IS A TOUR ONLY.
Please note that registrants are required to attest to vaccination that is approved by Yale Health and must wear a mask outdoors when 6-foot distancing cannot be maintained. Should local health guidelines or conditions change, registrants will be notified directly if and how this event has been impacted.
