Phil Davis ‘85, Executive Fellow at Yale SOM and a Managing Director at Accenture Strategy, will join us on April 21 as guest speaker in our Colloquium on Marketing Leadership series. 80% of CEO's feel the need to deeply reimagine how they engage and treat their customers. To do so, organizations are aligning purpose, end-to-end customer obsession, and employee engagement. This ground shift will require future leaders to think beyond functional or operational excellence and view their roles through the lens of the customer. The difficulty is how to balance the need for empathy and purpose with the organization’s business model. In his talk, Phil will investigate how to create a competitive advantage during a time of liquid expectations. This event is open to Yale students and alumni and registration is required.
