Michael ShermanMichael Sherman is Head of Behavioural Economics at Royal Bank of Canada. He is a behavioral science expert and leads the bank’s client experience design and insights groups. In his talk, Michael will discuss the practical application of insights in the data-driven banking industry using current industry case-studies related to his work at RBC.  Additionally, he will discuss how behavioral science can help improve the banking experience.
