Yale SOM alumnus, Julien Mininberg '86 BA, '90 MPPM, will join students for the Colloquium in Advanced Management on Wednesday, April 3. Alumni are invited to join the discussion via the livestream link below. Julien R. Mininberg has been CEO of Helen of Troy, a $1.5 billion global consumer products company (NASDAQ: HELE), since 2014. He previously served as the President & CEO of Kaz Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Helen of Troy and its largest business segment, with business in over 60 countries. Mr. Mininberg joined Kaz in 2006, became President in 2007, and was appointed CEO of Kaz in 2010. Under Julien’s leadership, Helen of Troy has undergone a transformation that has grown its sales by more than 20% and nearly doubled its earnings per share. Helen of Troy has built a powerful portfolio of world class brands, shared services and an exceptional team of leaders. During his tenure leading Kaz, that business more than doubled, driven by a strategic plan that focused on organic growth, licensing, acquisition, restructured operations, and a strong culture. Mr. Mininberg worked for 15 years at Procter & Gamble Co. and he currently serves on Yale School of Management's Board of Advisors and is Past President of the Board of Directors for the school's Alumni Association.
