Evans Hall (Room 4400)

From We@Yale WE@Yale is kicking off our Skills Seminar with Sarah Biggerstaff, Lecturer in the Practice of Leadership at the Yale School of Management. It has been shown by research that women are held back in their careers by vague feedback—and learning to both give and receive feedback is a crucial skill for leadership. Sarah will share her work on this topic, and provide actionable steps for you to be able to give and receive tangible feedback to help yourself and others succeed. We will also be livestreaming this event. Women Entrepreneurs and Innovators at Yale (WE@Yale) is a cross-campus community to support women and non-binary femme innovators and entrepreneurs by providing skill-building, storytelling, and community. Whether you are interested in starting a high-tech, high-growth venture or in creating a novel non-profit organization to address complex societal challenges, WE@Yale aims to provide an infrastructure of support to help you get your project off the ground.
