The Yale School of Management's alumni chapter in Boston, YaleWomen-Boston, and YaleBoston invite you to take part in a timely and highly interactive panel discussion on confronting workplace misconduct.
"Workplace culture" used to mean white shirts, dresses, and occasional casual Fridays. Now the "toxic" version refers to behaviors at work which can result in sensational headlines revealing details of bias, discrimination, bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct, and legal action. The pressure on leaders of organizations of all kinds to deal quickly and forcefully with workplace misconduct is greater than ever. What causes bad behaviors? How should leaders respond? What can organizations do to regain the trust of their stakeholders? Are you prepared to handle these difficult situations in your workplace?
