Deb will engage us in a discussion of topics, including:

Gender differences and how they affect how women think about negotiating, whether they negotiate, and how they negotiate
The concept of negotiation, and how to make it a win-win experience
The implications of the differentials in salary and other benefits throughout a woman’s career
