You are cordially invited to the Yale-West Point Civilian-Military Service Symposium (April 21-22), a joint initiative between Yale and the US Military Academy at West Point. Marking the 100th Anniversary of America’s entry into WWI, the Symposium will foster and advance an ongoing national dialogue about the way forward in US civil-military relations; substantive issues, challenges and opportunities affecting veterans and actively-serving members of the Armed Forces; and US global leadership.

The Symposium will explore a range of topics and content areas. We welcome anyone interested in national security, foreign affairs, military-related matters, veterans issues, and ways in which society can better engage and interact with our nation’s military and veteran population. We look forward to a diverse and representative cohort of attendees participating meaningfully in this important conversation.
