The Yale SOM Alumni Association San Francisco Chapter, Yale Club of San Francisco, and YaleWomen of Northern California invite you to a highly interactive workshop designed to catapult your career. Your next promotion isn't going to be about you; it's going to be about what you inspire in others. Join Jo Ilfeld, (Ph.D. '04) for a refreshing and frank workshop about the leadership skills you need to use for your next promotion. Have you ever wondered why certain people stand-out and are on everyone's radar? There's one skill that gets talked about in corporate circles more than anything else. A skill that separates individual contributors from the influencers and impact players. A skill that sets top performers apart from the pack. And that skill is leadership.
