He teaches the very popular Strategy, Technology, and War to undergraduates and Business, Government and Globalization at the School of Management. Also at SOM, Paul developed the unique and innovative course Problem Framing, teaching students to develop alternative futures for U.S. industries. Beyond Yale, he serves as a consultant to private companies and government agencies. Paul is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Chief of Naval Operations Executive Panel, and the Transformation Advisory Group of the U.S. Joint Forces Command.
