A panel discussion led by Dr. Howard Forman, MD, Professor, Diagnostic Radiology and Public Health, Professor, Economics and Management, Director, MBA for Executives: Leadership in Healthcare, Director MD/MBA Program @Yale, Director, Health Care Management Program (HCM) @ Yale School of Management Healers know how to heal, but they are challenged to lead more than ever in our changing and increasingly complex health care system. This dynamic panel discussion will provide an overview of today's health care challenges, identify expectations and limitations of physicians as leaders of change, review different approaches and lessons-learned for developing health care leaders, and point out implications for developing leadership in other complex industries.
