Christine Barton (Yale Law '99) Appointed as Chair of the YCCI Advisory Board
BCG Senior Partner and Managing Director Christine Barton (Yale Law ’99) appointed as Chair of the YCCI Advisory Board.
New Haven, CT — March 6, 2024— The Yale Center for Customer Insights (YCCI) is delighted to announce the appointment of Christine Barton (Yale Law ’99) as the new Chairperson of its Advisory Board, effective March 15, 2024. Christine brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role, serving as Senior Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group.
Christine's extensive background and proven track record of leadership make her an ideal candidate to lead YCCI into its next chapter of growth. In her time at BCG, Christine has become known for her ability to understand human behavior--from consumers to influencers to executives. Her knowledge lives at the nexus of business, society, and motivations, where she helps CEOs craft strategy that is centered on growth, purpose and performance simultaneously. Christine assumes this role succeeding Jon Cummings (’85 B.A.), who continues to serve on the YCCI Advisory Board.
