Professor Dhar has been involved in pioneering work in understanding the different factors that influence how consumers think and decide. He has also served as a consultant to dozens of Fortune 100 companies in a wide variety of industries, including CPG, health care, high tech, financial services, and luxury goods on developing best practices for generating and using customer insights.
Ravi has published more than 70 articles and serves on the editorial boards of several of the leading marketing journals. His research and teaching has been honored with various awards including the Distinguished Scientific Contribution Award of the Society for Consumer Psychology, the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Indian Institute of Management, and the Yale School of Management Alumni Association Teaching Award. His work has been frequently mentioned in Business Week, the New York Times, the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, The Economist, USA Today, and other popular media.
Jon Iwata

Over a 35-year career at IBM, Jon Iwata held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Chief Brand Officer, and leader of the company's global marketing, communications and corporate citizenship organization. He reported to three IBM CEOs during two decades of significant transformation. He was chairman of IBM’s corporate strategy committee. According to Interbrand, IBM became the second most valuable brand in the world during Jon’s tenure as Chief Marketing Officer.
At the Yale School of Management, Jon is a Lecturer in the Practice of Management and Executive Director of the Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management. He previously was an Executive Fellow at the Yale Center for Customer Insights.
Jon is Executive Chairman of the Data & Trusted AI Alliance, a not-for-profit organization formed in 2020 by CEOs of leading corporations to develop and adopt responsible data and AI practices. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, and a director of the Ladies Professional Golf Association. He was appointed a Tech Ethics and Policy Mentor at the McCoy Family Center for Ethics in Society at Stanford University in 2023.
Jon is an inductee of the B2B Hall of Fame and the Marketing Hall of Fame. He was named a Brand Genius by AdWeek. In 2023 he was awarded the Harold Burson Award, the Larry Foster Award for Integrity in Public Communications by the Page Center at Penn State University, and was named to the 2023 NACD Directorship 100 – the annual list of the most influential people in the boardroom and on corporate governance. He holds a B.A. from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at San Jose State University.
Jon is co-inventor of a U.S. patent for a nanotechnology and process for atomic-scale semiconductors.
Edward A. Snyder

Snyder’s research and teaching are focused on industrial organization, antitrust economics, law and economics, and financial institutions. His recent research includes work on antitrust policy and enforcement as well as on the development of major digital platforms. He teaches Economic Analysis of High-Tech Industries, a course that applies industrial organization concepts and valuation frameworks to high-tech industries in China, the EU, and the U.S.
During Snyder’s tenure as dean of the school from 2011 to 2019, the school developed the first global network of top business schools, introduced its Master of Advanced Management degree for graduates of the Global Network for Advanced Management, introduced its Master of Management Studies degree with tracks in Asset Management, Systematic Risk, and Global Business and Society, and broadened its MBA for Executives program.
Snyder began his professional career as an economist with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. He earned a Ph.D. in economics and an MA in public policy from the University of Chicago. He began his academic career at the University of Michigan, where he developed programs in Central Europe, China, India, and Russia.
Prior to coming to Yale in 2011, Snyder was the dean and George Shultz Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Adria Boyle

Adria brings a natural inclination to build bridges between people and ideas, a creative disposition, and the ability to visualize a better future and turn aspirations into a reality. She has accumulated experience in all facets of marketing, including product management, strategy, brand marketing, and commercialization. Prior to joining Yale, Adria was the director of product management at Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest tool company. There she led new market expansion for Craftsman outdoor equipment and oversaw the global portfolio of cutting hand tools for the DEWALT, Stanley, Craftsman, Irwin, and Lenox brands.
Adria received her BFA in communications design from Pratt Institute, product management certification from the Association of International Product Management, and business strategy specialization from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Feli Oikonomopoulou

Feli serves as the Director of Research at the Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management. In her role, she leads a team focused on strategic initiatives that address how companies navigate periods of change, including crises, and manage scalable growth. She also explores how businesses handle social license challenges in the context of AI advancements, applying academic insights to solve practical problems and enhance organizational practices.
Feli is also the Founder and CEO of WealthMeUp.ai, a female-first platform that seamlessly integrates financial investing into the everyday lifestyles of young professionals. Through WealthMeUp.ai, she leverages behavioral finance principles to promote the development of sound financial habits.
Her previous professional experience includes being Counsel & Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, specializing in Banking & Finance and Capital Markets. She has previously worked with a leading US investment bank, prior to which she practiced investment management and financial regulation at Linklaters in Luxembourg and in Paris.
Feli graduated with an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where she was a Dean Edward A. Snyder Scholarship recipient, recipient of the Henry F. McCance Entrepreneurial Award, and a Forté MBA Fellow. She also holds a Magister Juris (MJur) from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Jenna comes to Yale with close to a decade of experience in event management and engaging and building communities in both academia and for corporations. Spending a majority of her career at Washington University in St. Louis, Jenna led the planning and execution of alumni programs across three territories, managed strategic working groups, and worked closely with the Alumni Board to strengthen relationships that ensured continued success and growth. Jenna has a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, turning ideas into reality, and creating spaces where people can gather to make new connections, foster relationships, and enhance their professional career.
In her capacity at Y-SIM, Jenna will spearhead conferences, executive speaking engagements, executive education, and various other programs to amplify our work in advancing stakeholder research, education, and practice to benefit business and society.

Matthew joins the Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management (Y-SIM) after a 20-year career in the bicycle industry. He offers a unique perspective with extensive experience in sales, customer service, operations, and planning. Additionally, Matthew provides entrepreneurial insights, having owned and managed an independent bicycle retailer since 2018. Matthew holds a BS in Marketing from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
