Souveer is a second-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management (SOM). He is also pursuing a Master of Asset Management degree. Prior to SOM, he worked as a management consultant specializing in Strategy & Transformation for the Asset & Wealth Management industry.

Souveer holds a BSc in Economics from University College London (UCL).

Mrunmayee is a second-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management (SOM). Prior to SOM, Mrunmayee was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Malaysia and India. At SOM, she is a club leader for the Golub Capital Consulting Fellows (SICC), the Arts and Cultures Club and the Women’s Leadership Conference under WIM.

Mrunmayee is a Chartered Accountant from India and has graduated from Pune University, India with a Bachelor in Commerce.

JiWhan is a second-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management (SOM). He is also pursuing a Master of Asset Management degree. Prior to SOM, he was an M&A Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America in New York, advising clients on strategic acquisitions, mergers, and other corporate transactions across multiple industries. At SOM, JiWhan's interests include strategy, organizational innovation, and how emerging technologies are reshaping businesses and institutions.

JiWhan earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Statistics.

Mita is a second-year MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management, with experience in banking and fintech. Prior to SOM, she served as an Assistant Vice President in Corporate & Institutional Banking at HSBC, where she structured debt financing solutions, led cross-border transactions, and sustainability financing across apparel, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries. Before HSBC, she supported a $10m fundraising round for a fintech app with 10M+ users. 
Beyond her professional work, Mita co-founded Women in Finance Bangladesh, an initiative dedicated to increasing women's participation in the financial sector by connecting students and early-career professionals with industry leaders through mentorship.

Mita holds a BBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and is a CFA charter holder.
