Feli Oikonomopoulou

Feli serves as the Director of Research at the Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management. In her role, she leads a team focused on strategic initiatives that address how companies navigate periods of change, including crises, and manage scalable growth.

Randy (Yang) Gao, Postgraduate Associate

Randy (Yang) Gao earned his PhD degree in marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business. He is broadly interested in research topics related to consumer judgment and decision-making.

Martha Camacho, Research Associate

Martha is a first-year MBA student at Yale School of Management with a background in law, economics, and corporate finance. Prior to Yale, she served as Head of FP&A at Murguía, where she implemented financial performance metrics to drive profitability. She also worked in the fintech industry, supporting strategic initiatives to promote financial inclusion across Mexico and Colombia.

She is passionate about creating opportunities for underserved communities. She has contributed to organizations, such as Dress for Success, and founded a STEM summer camp in Mexico to inspire young girls to explore careers in science and technology. At SOM, Martha is part of the leadership team for the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Club, a member of AHLAS (Association of Hispanic and Latin American Students), and an active contributor to the Meng Impact Investing Fund.

Chloe Jiechun Lei, Research Associate

Chloe is a second-year MBA student at Yale School of Management. Prior to Yale, Chloe worked at a leading real estate company in China, specializing in project and supply chain management. In 2024, she interned at a climate media startup in New York, focusing on product strategy. At SOM, Chloe is a leader for the AI Association and co-chairs the Responsible AI in Global Business Conference. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from UC Berkeley.

Rui Li, Research Associate

Rui is a second-year MBA student at Yale School of Management, with a strong entrepreneurial background.

Before joining Yale SOM, Rui made significant strides in China's outdoor industry. As the China Marketing Manager for the Swiss brand The Faction Collective, she successfully built the brand's presence in China from the ground up. Under her leadership, a cross-functional team drove exponential growth, establishing the brand as a market leader within three years of its entry into the market.

Rui holds a BA in Psychology and Scandinavian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At Yale, she co-leads the AI Association and Greater China Club and serves as a Research Assistant at the Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management.

Adrian James Peters, Research Associate

Adrian is a second-year MBA candidate at Yale SOM. Prior to SOM, Adrian worked as a Supply Chain Operations Manager at Amazon, where he led a team managing the North American supply chain, based in Hyderabad, India. At SOM, Adrian is the Co-President of the South Asian Club and a member of General Management Club, as well as a member of the Consulting Club. Adrian holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Osmania University.

Aakanksha Reddy, Research Associate

Aakanksha is a second-year MBA candidate at Yale SOM. Prior to SOM, Aakanksha was an Associate at Goldman Sachs, where she led engineering initiatives in the consumer and wealth management division. During the summer she worked as a Product and Business Development Associate Intern at ReRent. At SOM, she is a club leader for the Arts and Culture Club and the Student Life Committee. Aakanksha holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from IGDTUW, Delhi, India.
