ICF Hosts 2024 Yale Alumni Real Estate Association Conference
Last October 17th, the Yale Alumni Real Estate Association Conference 2024 kicked off with a welcome reception at the newly renovated Yale Peabody Museum. Attendees were treated to tours from David Heiser, Director of Student Programs, and Chris Norris, Director of Public Programs.
The conference began on Friday, October 18 with a presentation from Paula Campbell Roberts, YC '98, KKR. She discussed Capitalizing on Economic and Election Year Shifts: Real Estate Outlook for 2024 and Beyond.
Next, Robert Morse, YC '77, Bridge Investment Group, discussed Capital Flows, Interest Rates, and the Future of Real Estate.
Cole Weston, YC '13, Yale Investments Office, joined brothers, Jason and Jordan Pantzer, Pantzer Properties, for a conversation about Institutional Fund Management.
The afternoon started with an engaging panel discussion on AI Integration into Real Estate featuring Rish Gosine, Pennybacker Capital, Cristian Oncescu, YC '09, YSoA '14, Newman Architects, Christine Wendell, Pronto Housing, and moderator Cherie Santos-Wuest, YSoA '98, Celadon Venture Advisors.
Next, Cherie Santos-Wuest and Julie Skolnicki, Greystar, talked about P3 Financing in Student Housing.
The conference wrapped up with a panel discussion on Decarbonization, featuring perspectives from Michael Daschle, Brookfield Properties, Dana Robbins Schneider, Empire State Realty Trust, and moderator Chris Cayten, YC '98, CodeGreen Solutions.
