Everyday actions. Lasting impact.

What if the moments that feel smallest—how we show up in a hard conversation, whether we speak or stay silent, how we hold complexity without rushing to resolve it—are actually where leadership lives? PPEL (pronounced "people") is a leadership learning laboratory devoted to this terrain.

We study the everyday interactions that shape trust and build culture. Through shared reflection and real-time experimentation, participants learn to create positive impact in the moments that matter. We call this work The Practice—not because we've mastered it, but because it asks to be returned to, again and again.

We're drawn to a particular premise: work can be a transformational experience for individuals and society. Workplaces are among the most formative environments of adulthood—shaping how we relate, make decisions, and grow. Our aim is to foster enlivening spaces where everyday leadership becomes an embodied practice.

Beyond the professional arena, the program deepens capacity for relational leadership where we live, pray, and play. For many, immersing ourselves in The Practice is a way of accessing and living out our hope for humanity.
