Sanket Bindra, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

Sanket Bindra is an MBA candidate at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and President of the Investment Management Club. He brings over eight years of experience across global and Indian financial institutions, including JP Morgan and ICICI Bank. At JP Morgan, he worked across investment banking, corporate strategy, and payments, supporting USD 1B+ transactions and leading cross-regional initiatives across Asia, Europe, and North America. At ICICI Bank, he advised large corporates on credit structuring and working capital solutions. He holds an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and enjoys practicing martial arts, traveling, and exploring diverse cultures and cuisines.
Raymond Essiamah, University of Ghana Business School

Raymond Essiamah is a Chartered Accountant and a Moody's Certified Master of Commercial Credit. I am a student at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), where I am currently pursuing my EMBA in Finance. I graduated with first-class honors in BSc Administration (Accounting) from UGBS and have been a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana since becoming qualified in 2018.
I currently serve as a Credit Risk Analyst at Ghana International Bank Plc, where I structure transactions, monitor covenants, ensure risk compliance, and prepare reports for management and the Board. Previously at Fidelity Bank Limited, I excelled as Corporate Credit Analyst, Finance Business Partner, and in performance analytics roles. Through the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), I completed in-person Global Network Week programs at top institutions: Behavioural Science in Management at Yale School of Management, Real Estate at Oxford Saïd Business School, and Asia Business Environment at National University of Singapore .I combine sharp analytical skills with deep financial expertise in fixed income, lending, data analytics along with proven leadership and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and traveling to explore new cultures and perspectives.

Nylah Grewal is a UBC student born and raised in Vancouver (Aside from work and school, I am a typical Vancouverite who enjoys snowboarding and hiking!). My academic background spans both science and business with a particular interest in global economic development, sustainability, and public healthcare. Through the Y-SIM Ambassador Program I look forward to exploring innovative global business practices and amplify stakeholder management dialogue on campus.

Alyssa Jhingree is a student at Yale University pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Economics, with a focus on investment strategy, global markets, and technological innovation. She has worked across international institutions including the United Nations, World Trade Organization, and World Intellectual Property Organization, conducting research on trade, investment, and AI-driven economic systems.
In the motorsport sector, Alyssa worked with the McLaren Racing Formula 1 Team in Mechanical Engineering and Business Strategy, where she supported international partnerships and developed AI-driven tools for sustainability and performance optimization.
She is particularly interested in motorsport partnerships and scaling innovation across industries, and is a two-time World Economic Forum Global Scholar who has spoken on circular economy systems, clean energy, and international trade.
Wiktoria Maszczyk, Kozminski University

Wiktoria Maszczyk joins the Y-SIM Abassador Program, driven by a long-term interest in how decisions are made by individuals within complex organizations and how those decisions shape systems, relationships, institutions, and value creation.
Her early economic interests were recognized through distinctions in national-level economics competitions.
As a bachelor’s student at Kozminski University in Warsaw, she explores the intersection of decision theory, communication, organisational dynamics, and the implicit assumptions that guide collective action. She is particularly interested in treating systems thinking as a tool for operating in complexity and effectively navigating diverse stakeholder perspectives in real-world contexts.
Her academic path is accompanied by serving as a co-chair of an interdisciplinary science club operating at the intersection of law and new technologies. She further develops her interests in mediation, facilitation and neurocommunication.
As a Y-SIM Ambassador she aims to support reflection, dialogue and local engagement around the program within the academic community.
Vanshika Viraj Mithani, London School of Economics

Vanshika Binita Viraj Mithani is a Global Masters in Management student at the London School of Economics and joined the MBA classroom at Yale School of Management in August 2025.
Prior to this, she studied at Mumbai University (H.R. College of Commerce and Economics) and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and has worked across marketing, consulting, and finance. She is deeply passionate about public speaking, storytelling, theatre, writing, improv, stand-up comedy, and content creation.
She is a member of the Board of Studies of English at HSNC University, Mumbai.
She is the founder of ‘For Students By Students’, a communication and soft skill enhancement initiative, the InvestHer Women in Investing Club at LSE, the Investing Club of Goodenough College London, and Project Yakeen (the Hindi word for “belief”) - a social initiative that has raised approximately INR 60 lakh and supported 30+ families across rural India through education, healthcare, and technology interventions.
Through her academic and professional journey, she has had the privilege of engaging with global leaders including Zak Brown, CEO of McLaren Racing, the Chief Economist of the Bank of England, Lady Cherie Blair, the CEO of Vital Farms, the CEO of Quest Global, and senior leadership from institutions such as Mastercard, Morgan Stanley, and UBS. These experiences have shaped her strong interest in stakeholder-level change, purpose-led leadership, and storytelling for impact, which is why the work of the Yale Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management resonates so deeply with her.
