The Broad Center at Yale SOM is excited to share the news that Katina Grays (TBR 12-14) will join our team as the new Deputy Director for Partnerships!

We are thrilled to share the news that Katina Grays (TBR 12-14) will be joining The Broad Center at Yale SOM as our new Deputy Director for Partnerships!

Katina brings a unique blend of sharp critical thinking, incredible warmth, and thoughtful perspective to all of her work. In her role as Deputy Director, she will lead and set direction for our partnerships with schools systems, including our recruitment and admissions efforts for both The Broad Fellowship and Broad Master’s program (the successors to The Broad Academy and The Broad Residency), and play a major role in our alumni and network member engagement. Her first day at TBC at SOM will be July 19.

As a Broad alum herself, Katina has developed strong relationships with transformative leaders across the TBC network.  Katina has led high-impact work and complex initiatives in senior leadership roles at KIPP NYC and at the Tennessee Department of Education, and previously worked at the Connecticut Department of Education. She is currently the executive vice president and chief strategy and operations officer at the National Institute for Reproductive Health, and has worked in the non-profit, private, and public sectors over the course of her career. She holds a B.A. from Trinity University, a J.D. from Cornell Law School, and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.

We are very excited to have such an incredibly committed, talented, and thoughtful leader  join our TBC at SOM team and engage in this work.
