Four SOM Students Named 2022 Tsai CITY Summer Fellows

Two recent graduates and two members of the Class of 2023 will spend the summer developing their startup ventures.

Four Yale School of Management students and recent graduates have been named 2022 Tsai CITY Summer Fellows, part of a cohort of students from across Yale who will participate in an accelerator for their startups. The startup founders each receive a $15,000 grant for their company and access to workshops, mentoring, and resources available at Tsai CITY.

The 2022 Tsai CITY Summer Fellows from Yale SOM are:

  • Archit Bagaria ’23, founder of Ruffle, a company whose “objective is to disrupt the unsustainable meat industry by driving affordable and innovative meat substitutes."
  • Mimi Chen ’22, founder of Meego Inc, “an ebike company including design, manufacturing, and sales.”
  • Alex Holm ’22, founder of Dalmation, which “helps young adults fight acne with trendy, fashionable, and dermatologist-approved hydrocolloid pimple patches that are designed to be displayed and dismantle harmful stigma.”
  • Lacie Thorne ’23, founder of Phigitals, “a proprietary API plugin that extends a brand’s existing e-commerce platform into a resale marketplace.”
